Epilepsy Queensland is collecting contact details from Queenslanders who want to be kept up-to-date on the Medicinal Cannabis Trials. We are not conducting the trials but want to play a supportive role for families and will attempt to get information to you as it comes to hand. (Please click here to complete the brief survey).

Queensland Government gives green light to establish medicinal cannabis trial
On Sunday 19 April Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced that Queensland will launch its own medicinal cannabis trial in conjunction with New South Wales and Victoria (Click here to read Media Release)
We congratulate Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and the Minister for Health and Minister for Ambulance Services, Cameron Dick for their open-mindedness and for being proactive on this important issue. (Click here to read the article from the Sunday Mail).
We congratulate the parents of children with difficult to treat epilepsy who have persistently worked so hard to advocate for changes that would allow families to use medicinal cannabis.
