Bob Ansett keynote address
On 8 July 2008 at the Kedron Wavell Services Club, International entrepreneur and best-selling author Bob Ansett enthralled his audience of business entrepreneurs with an informative and entertaining address on customer service. Bob was an engaging speaker, sharing his wealth of real-world experience - both the highlights and the problems encountered. Bob also answered many questions from the audience. Business coach Mark Creedon of Business Insight organised this very successful event to raise money for Epilepsy Queensland during Epilepsy Awareness Month.
